Terms of Payment

The CRS Design Firm, Inc. requires 100% payment in advance for your special order. Since this operation is to the trade margins are such that full payment is required in advance. All in-stock items purchased from the showroom are considered final sales. Payments may be made in the form of check, cashiers check, money order, MasterCard or Visa. The CRS Design Firm reserves the right to require a specific form of payment. All special orders are subject to approval and availability by the manufacturer. No refunds or exchanges will be made once your order has been processed and approved by the manufacturer. You will be notified by phone or e-mail once your merchandise has arrived at the CRS Design Firm warehouse. Please allow at least 8 weeks for delivery unless otherwise notified. In some cases the manufacturer will delay an order based on volume availability. If your order is delayed by the manufacturer you will be notified by a CRS Design Firm representative.

Commercial contracts terms of payment will be negotiated on an individual basis.  Commercial contracts may be subject to completing a credit application and providing all financial information prior to the ordering of merchandise.


Delivery service is available through the CRS Design Warehouse delivery service. The CRS Design Firm offers several other options to include customer pick up, customers own delivery service or our direct white glove in home service. Delivery prices will vary based on type of services and distance. Delivery must be accepted within 15 days of the receipt of your merchandise in our facilities. You will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives to set up your specified delivery service and date of delivery. Any merchandise held over 15 days is subject to a monthly storage fee of 3% of the purchase price and the price will escalate after 30 days.

The CRS Design Firm will warrant that all merchandise is shipped in a condition approved by the manufacturer. Your furniture will be inspected prior to delivery for any damage or manufacturer defects. CRS Design Firm reserves the right to delay delivery or backorder damaged or defective merchandise. If your furniture is delivered by the CRS Design Firm or an approved white glove service it will be delivered by an insured deliverer. Damage upon delivery will be serviced by the deliverer with the assistance of CRS Design Firm. The CRS Design Firm will not be held responsible for damages inflicted by the insured delivery service. All merchandise picked up at the CRS Design Warehouse will be inspected and signed for releasing the CRS Design Firm from all liability with the merchandise.


Most manufacturers will warrant their merchandise for specific times. These manufacturer warranties start upon receipt of your merchandise to our facilities. We will assist you in warranty claims that may arise. CRS Design Firm does not offer any additional warranties.

Cancellations, Refused Orders or Returns

The CRS Design Firm cannot accept cancellations on orders which have already begun the procurement process. No refused orders can be refunded for any reason. Any item damaged by the carrier will be repaired or re-ordered. All orders purchased through the CRS Design Firm or Design Showroom are final and cannot be returned.


CRS Design Firm is not required to collect sales tax for any order outside the state of Georgia or organizations with a valid Department of Revenue Sales and Tax Use Certificate of Exemption on file. Each state has its own requirements and policies. Use of this site warrants agreement to the terms stated henceforth.

Privacy Statement

The CRS Design Firm will not sell or lease the information you provide to us on line or any other form of communication. We respect your privacy and only collect information required to do business under the terms required for purchases.
